Familiarize yourself with the main components and buttons of your Timex digital watch:

- From the time display, press the РЕЖИМ button repeatedly until 'CHRONO' or 'STOPW' is displayed. The chronograph will show '0:00:00'.

24-Hour Military Time Mode
To switch between 12-hour (AM/PM) and 24-hour (military) time formats, enter the time setting mode (as described in 'Setting Time and Date'). When the 12/24-hour format option is flashing, use the START/STOP button to toggle between the two formats.
