1. Starting the Train

Once the track is assembled and the train is placed, ensure the speed controller is set to the "STOP" or zero position. Slowly turn the speed controller knob clockwise to increase the speed of the locomotive. The locomotive will begin to move forward.

2. Changing Direction

To change the direction of the train, first bring the locomotive to a complete stop by turning the speed controller to the "STOP" or zero position. Then, press the direction change button (if available on your speed controller) or turn the knob counter-clockwise past the zero point to reverse direction. Slowly increase speed again.

3. Stopping the Train

To stop the train, slowly turn the speed controller knob counter-clockwise until it reaches the "STOP" or zero position. Always stop the train before making any adjustments to the track or train components.
