Follow these steps to properly install the guardrail holders and pieces on your Carrera racetrack:

1. Identify Track Sections: Determine which sections of your track, particularly curves, would benefit from guardrail installation. Guardrails are especially useful on tight curves (e.g., Curve 1) to prevent cars from leaving the track.
2. Attach Guardrail Holders: The guardrail holders are designed to clip onto the side of your Carrera track sections. Align the holder with the designated slots on the track piece and firmly press down until it clicks into place. Ensure the holder is securely fastened.
3. Insert Guardrails: Once the holders are in place, carefully thread the guardrail material (sold separately) through the slots in the guardrail holders. For larger curves, this process may require careful manipulation to ensure the guardrail follows the curve smoothly without kinking.
4. Use End Pieces: The 4 end pieces are used to provide a clean finish at the beginning and end of a guardrail section. Attach them to the first and last guardrail holders in a series.
5. Utilize Connecting Pieces: The 2 connecting pieces are used to join two sections of guardrail together, allowing for longer continuous guardrail installations.
