2. Observe the pressure indicator on the handle. As pressure builds, the indicator will rise.
3. Once the indicator reaches your selected cooking level, reduce the heat to maintain that pressure. The indicator should remain stable at the chosen level.
4. Begin timing your cooking from this point.
