- Repeat for Remaining Tiers: Continue adding four PVC tubes and then a shelf panel, repeating step 3, until all five shelves are installed.
- Install Top Caps: For the very top shelf, insert the remaining four PVC tubes into the holes. Then, place the top caps onto these tubes.
