The Homecraft Grab Rail is supplied flat-packed for convenient transport and easy assembly. It can be installed on either the right or left side of your bed.

• Getting Out of Bed:
  1. Roll onto your side, facing the grab rail.
  2. Use your arms to push yourself up to a sitting position, simultaneously grasping the grab rail for support and leverage.
  3. Once seated, use the grab rail to steady yourself as you pivot your legs off the bed and stand up.
• Getting Into Bed:
  1. Sit on the edge of the bed, using the grab rail for support.
  2. Carefully pivot your legs onto the bed.
  3. Use the grab rail to assist in lowering yourself into a lying position.

Always maintain a firm grip on the rail and move slowly and deliberately to prevent falls.
