4.1. Lifting a Vehicle

- Place wheel chocks on the wheels that will remain on the ground.
- Positioning the Jack: Locate the vehicle manufacturer's recommended lifting points. Position the jack so the saddle is directly under the lifting point. Ensure the jack is stable and not on an incline.
- Closing the Release Valve: Turn the handle clockwise until the release valve is fully closed. Do not overtighten.

4.2. Lowering a Vehicle
