4. How to Play

The objective of Twister is to be the last player remaining on the mat. Players must follow the commands of the spinner, placing their hands and feet on the designated colored spots without falling over or touching the mat with any other body part.

- Select one player to be the referee. The referee will operate the spinner and call out the moves.
- Players stand on opposite sides of the mat, facing each other.
- Each player places one foot on a yellow spot and one foot on a blue spot.
4.3 Taking Turns
- The referee spins the spinner. The spinner will indicate a body part (left hand, right hand, left foot, or right foot) and a color (red, yellow, blue, or green).
- All players must immediately move the specified body part to an empty spot of the called-out color.
- If the specified body part is already on a spot of that color, or if all spots of that color are occupied, the referee spins again.
- Players cannot move a body part from one spot to another without a command from the spinner, unless another player needs to use the spot.
4.4 Losing the Game
A player is eliminated from the game if:
- Their knee or elbow touches the mat.
- They fall over.
- They remove a hand or foot from a spot without a command from the spinner.
4.5 Winning the Game
The last player remaining on the mat wins the game.

5. Game Variations

- Spinner's Choice: If the spinner lands on 'Spinner's Choice', the referee can choose any body part and color combination.
