Introduction

The AEM 1-1000 Synthetic Air Filter Cleaner is designed to effectively loosen and dissolve dirt and grime buildup on synthetic air filters. This cleaner allows for easy rinsing with water, ensuring your filter remains clean and performs optimally. It is specifically formulated for AEM Dryflow air filters and is suitable for other synthetic air filter types.

Operating Instructions: Cleaning Your Synthetic Air Filter

Follow these steps to clean your AEM Dryflow or other synthetic air filter using the AEM 1-1000 cleaner:

1. Даярдоо: Remove the air filter from your vehicle. Gently tap the filter to dislodge any loose dirt or debris.

3. Чылап: Allow the cleaner to soak into the filter for approximately 20 minutes. Do not allow the cleaner to dry on the air filter.
4. Чайкоо: Rinse the filter element with cool, low-pressure water. Always rinse from the clean side (inside) out to flush dirt and cleaner residue out of the filter. Continue rinsing until all traces of the cleaner are gone and the water runs clear.
5. Excess Water Removal: Gently shake off any excess water from the filter.
6. Кургатуу: Allow the filter to air dry completely. Do not use compressed air or heat to dry the filter, as this can damage the filter media. Place it in a well-ventilated area, ideally in sunlight, to expedite drying.
