- Connect the air tube from the cuff securely into the air jack on the side of the monitor.
- Ensure the cuff size is appropriate for your arm. The cuff should fit snugly but not too tightly.
- For accurate measurement, apply the cuff to your bare upper arm, approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow joint. The air tube should run down the inside of your arm.
