3.2 Physical Installation (Rack-Mounting)

The AP7723 is designed for installation in a standard 19-inch equipment rack, occupying 1U of rack space.

1. Secure the rack-mounting brackets to the sides of the ATS unit using the provided screws.
2. Mount the ATS into the desired 1U space in your equipment rack using the appropriate rack screws. Ensure it is securely fastened.

3.3 Connecting Power Sources

The AP7723 features two independent AC power inputs (Source A and Source B) and multiple output connectors.

1. Connect the primary power source cable to the "Source A" input on the rear panel of the ATS.
2. Connect the secondary power source cable to the "Source B" input on the rear panel of the ATS.

• The ATS will attempt to draw power from the preferred source whenever both sources are available and within acceptable limits.
