4.2 Attaching Hose and Accessories

1. Insert the large end of the suction hose into the inlet port on the front of the vacuum unit until it clicks securely into place.
2. Attach the desired extension wand(s) to the hose handle.
3. Connect the appropriate floor tool or accessory (e.g., crevice tool, brush tool) to the end of the extension wand.

4.3 Filter Installation (Dry Operation)

For dry vacuuming, ensure the HEPA filter is correctly installed. The synthetic dust bag should also be used for optimal dry debris collection and filter protection.

1. Open the latches and remove the motor head from the canister.
2. Ensure the HEPA filter is securely seated over the filter cage.
3. Place the synthetic dust bag inside the canister, aligning the opening with the hose inlet.

The Nilfisk Aero 21 features a blower port. To use, detach the suction hose from the inlet port and attach it to the blower port located on the rear of the motor head. This function can be used for blowing away debris from hard-to-reach areas or inflating objects.
