- Ensure your arm is bare or has only thin clothing.
- Place the cuff on your upper left arm, approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow joint. The artery mark on the cuff should align with your brachial artery.
- The bottom edge of the cuff should be about 1-2 cm above the elbow.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your arm, ensuring it is not too tight or too loose. The hook-and-loop fastener should be secure.

басыңыз START/STOP button to begin a measurement. The cuff will inflate automatically. Remain still and silent during the measurement process.
The Microlife Series 600 features Microlife орточо режими (MAM). When MAM mode is active (indicated by the MAM symbol on the display), the device will automatically take three consecutive measurements with a short pause in between. The final displayed result will be the average of these three measurements, providing a more reliable reading.

4. Memory Function and User Selection
The device stores up to 198 measurements (99 per user) with date and time stamps. To switch between User 1 and User 2, press the M button when the device is off. To view stored measurements, press the M button repeatedly after selecting the desired user.
