Follow these steps carefully for proper installation. It is recommended to have two people for installation.

- Connect the fixture's wires to the house wires: black to black (live), white to white (neutral), and bare copper (ground) to the ground wire from the outlet box. Secure connections with wire nuts.

4. General Lighting Placement Guidelines
Consider the following general guidelines for optimal lighting placement in various areas:

Figure 3: Kitchen Counter Pendant Spacing. When installing multiple pendants over a kitchen counter, aim for 24 inches between fixtures and 30-36 inches from the bottom of the fixture to the counter surface. Maintain at least 12 inches from the island edge.
