1. Стенддик аралаштыргычты даярдаңыз: Ensure your SMEG Stand Mixer (SMF01 series) is unplugged and turned off. The front accessory hub cover should be removed.
2. Турак жайды тиркөө: Insert the Slicer & Grater Attachment housing into the front accessory hub of your stand mixer. Rotate the attachment slightly until it locks into place. Secure it by tightening the accessory knob on the side of the stand mixer.
3. Insert a Drum: Select the desired stainless steel drum for your task (slicing or grating). Insert the drum into the attachment housing, ensuring it is seated correctly.
4. Position a Bowl: Place a suitable bowl or container beneath the outlet of the attachment to collect the processed food.

5.2. Grating

The grating drums are suitable for cheese, chocolate, nuts, or firmer vegetables. Select the appropriate drum for fine, medium, or coarse grating.
