3. Орнотуу нускамалары
3.1. Даярдоо
- Choose a flat, clear, and dry site for pitching, free from sharp objects.
- Unpack the tent components from the carry bag and lay them out.
- Assemble the alloy poles by connecting the sections. Ensure all sections are fully seated.
3.2. Pitching the Tent (Inner-First Method)
- Lay the inner tent flat on the chosen ground, ensuring the door is facing the desired direction.
- Thread the assembled alloy poles through the corresponding sleeves on the inner tent.
- Insert the ends of the poles into the grommets or pin-and-ring systems at the base of the inner tent. This will raise the inner tent structure.
- Secure the inner tent to the ground using pegs through the corner webbing циклдери.
- Drape the flysheet over the erected inner tent, aligning the doors and vents.
- Attach the flysheet to the inner tent's pole structure using the internal toggles or velcro straps.
- Secure the flysheet to the ground by pegging out all the webbing points and guylines. Adjust guylines to be taut but not over-stressed, ensuring stability.
- Ensure all zippers are closed and storm flaps are properly positioned to prevent water ingress.
4. Иштөө нускамалары
4.1. Entry and Exit
The tent features a zippered door for easy access. Always use the zipper carefully to avoid snagging the fabric. Ensure the zipper is fully closed when not in use to maintain internal temperature and prevent insect entry.
4.2. Вентиляция
The Vango Mistral 300 is designed with a mesh inner tent and multiple flysheet vents to promote airflow and reduce condensation. Keep vents open whenever possible, especially in humid conditions, to ensure proper air circulation. In rainy conditions, vents can be adjusted to minimize water entry while still allowing some airflow.
4.3. Аба ырайын эске алуу
The Protex 70D 5000mm HH polyester flysheet provides excellent waterproofing. In heavy rain, ensure all zippers are fully closed and storm flaps are correctly positioned. For windy conditions, ensure all guylines are properly tensioned and pegged out to maximize stability. Avoid pitching the tent in exposed areas during severe weather.
5. Техникалык тейлөө жана кам көрүү
5.1. Тазалоо
The tent fabric should be hand washed only. Use a soft sponge or cloth with lukewarm water and a mild, non-detergent soap specifically designed for outdoor gear. Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, or machine wash, as this can damage the waterproof coating and fabric integrity. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
5.2. Кургатуу
Always ensure the tent is completely dry before packing it away. Lay it out in a shaded, well-ventilated area or hang it to dry. Packing a damp tent can lead to mildew growth, fabric degradation, and unpleasant odors.
5.3. Pole Care
Inspect alloy poles for any bends, cracks, or damage after each use. Clean poles with a damp cloth if dirty. If a pole section is damaged, replace it promptly to maintain the tent's structural integrity.
5.4. Кездемеге кам көрүү
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as UV rays can degrade fabric over time. If the waterproof coating shows signs of wear, consider re-treating the flysheet with a suitable tent-proofing spray.
6. Сактоо
Once clean and thoroughly dry, pack the tent loosely into its carry bag. Store the tent in a cool, dry, and dark place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid storing in damp basements or hot attics, which can damage the fabric and coatings.
7. Кыйынчылыктарды
| Көйгөй | Мүмкүн себеп | Чечим |
|---|---|---|
| Чатырдын ичиндеги конденсация | Lack of ventilation, high humidity, body heat. | Ensure all vents are open. If possible, slightly open tent doors for cross-ventilation. Avoid cooking inside the tent. |
| Tent sags or is unstable | Improper pitching, loose guylines, strong winds. | Re-tension all guylines and ensure they are securely pegged. Check pole connections. Re-pitch if necessary on level ground. |
| Water leaking through flysheet | Damaged fabric, worn waterproof coating, improper pitching allowing water pooling. | Inspect flysheet for tears. Re-apply waterproof treatment if coating is worn. Ensure flysheet is taut and water can run off freely. |
| Zipper snagging | Fabric caught in zipper teeth. | Gently pull the fabric away from the zipper as you operate it. Apply a zipper lubricant if needed. |
