Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately. Ensure the motor unit is unplugged.
- Insert the auger (feed screw) into the grinding head.

- Ensure the grinder is properly assembled and plugged into a suitable power outlet.
- Prepare meat by cutting it into pieces that fit easily into the feeding tray opening (approximately 1-inch cubes). Remove any bones, gristle, or tough tendons.

- Turn the grinder 'ON' and feed the mixture into the feeding tray.
- The kibbeh attachment will form hollow tubes. Cut these tubes to your desired length.
