2. Align the two 18V Lithium-ion batteries with the battery slots on the tool.
3. Slide the batteries into the slots until they click securely into place.

5.6 Bluetooth Connectivity (DSP601ZJU Model)

The Makita DSP601ZJU model, which is similar to the DSP600ZJ, features Bluetooth connectivity. This allows for wireless communication with compatible dust extractors, enabling automatic start/stop of the extractor when the saw is operated. If your model is DSP601ZJU, refer to its specific manual for detailed instructions on pairing and using the Bluetooth module.
