Please read this manual thoroughly before operation.
Коопсуздук маалыматы
ЭСКЕРТҮҮ: High Voltage Present!
- ар дайым камсыз кылуу amplifier is powered off and unplugged from the mains before inserting or removing tubes or the probe.
- Вакуумдук түтүк ampкөтөргүчтөр өтө жогорку вольт менен иштейтtages which can be lethal. Exercise extreme caution.
- Do not touch any internal components of the amplifier while it is powered on or recently powered off, as capacitors can retain dangerous charges.
- Ensure your multimeter is set to the correct range (mA) and is rated for the voltagтартылган.
- If you are unfamiliar with working with high-voltage electronics, seek assistance from a qualified technician.
Продукт бүттүview

Компоненттери:
- Зонддун корпусу: Black cylindrical housing containing the tube socket.
- 8-Pin Ceramic Socket: For inserting the vacuum tube.
- Banana Plug Leads: Red and black leads for connecting to a multimeter.
Орнотуу нускамалары
Before using the probe, ensure your multimeter is correctly configured.
- Мультиметрди даярдоо: Set your digital multimeter to the DC milliampere (mA) range. A common range is 200mA. Ensure the multimeter's leads are connected to the correct ports (COM and mA).
- Connect Probe to Multimeter: Insert the black banana plug of the probe into the COM jack of your multimeter. Insert the red banana plug of the probe into the mA jack of your multimeter.

Иштөө нускамалары
Follow these steps carefully to measure the plate bias current of your vacuum tubes:
- Өзүңүздү өчүрүңүз ampөмүрлүү жана аны кубат булагынан ажыратыңыз.
- Абайлагыла remove the vacuum tube you wish to test from its socket in the ampөмүрлүү.
- Insert the CT1-P probe into the empty tube socket on your ampөмүрлүү.
- Insert the vacuum tube you removed in step 2 into the socket on top of the CT1-P probe.
- Ensure your multimeter is set to the мА диапазону (e.g., 200mA).
- Өзүңүздү күйгүзүңүз ampөмүрлүү.
- Allow the tube to кызытуу for several minutes (typically 5-10 minutes) until the reading stabilizes.
- Сиз аласыз direct reading in mA on your multimeter, indicating the plate bias current.
- To test another tube, 1-8 кадамдарды кайталаңыз.
- Once all measurements are complete, turn off your ampөмүрлүү, unplug it, remove the tube from the probe, and then remove the probe from the amplifier. Reinsert the tube directly into the amplifier socket.

Проблемаларды чечүү
- Negative Reading on Digital Multimeter: Some multimeters may display a negative value if the probe leads are connected with reversed polarity. Digital multimeters typically handle this by simply showing a negative sign. This does not affect the accuracy of the current magnitude.
- Negative Deflection on Analog Multimeter: If using an analog meter, a negative deflection indicates reversed polarity. Reverse the red and black banana plugs at the multimeter to correct this.
- No Reading: камсыз кылуу amplifier is powered on, the tube is properly seated in the probe, the probe is properly seated in the amplifier socket, and the multimeter is set to the correct mA range and connected securely. Check multimeter battery.
- Leads too Short: The probe leads are designed for compactness. If longer leads are required for your setup, consider using banana plug extension cables (not included).
Техникалык тейлөө
- Store the probe in a clean, dry environment when not in use.
- Avoid dropping or subjecting the probe to physical shock.
- Clean the probe's exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquids or abrasive cleaners.
- Inspect the leads and banana plugs for any signs of wear or damage before each use.
