- Under direct visual guidance from the screen, gently scoop or dislodge ear wax.
- Never force the tool or push wax deeper into the ear canal. If wax is impacted or difficult to remove, consult a medical professional.
- Stop immediately if you feel any pain, discomfort, or hear unusual sounds.
