The Fluval 307 model is engineered to provide powerful and reliable filtration for your aquarium, offering enhanced performance that results in a quieter, more robust, energy-efficient, versatile, and user-friendly experience.

This manual provides essential information for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of your Fluval 307 External Filter. Please read all instructions carefully before use to ensure safe and efficient operation.

2. Filter Media Placement: The filter media should be placed in the baskets in a specific order for optimal filtration. Refer to the diagram below for the recommended layering of mechanical, chemical, and biological media. Ensure the EZ-Lift Media Baskets are properly seated.

3. Шланг туташтыруу: Connect the ribbed hosing to the intake and output nozzles of the filter head. Securely attach the rim connectors to the aquarium rim, positioning the intake tube and output nozzle appropriately within the aquarium.

Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and optimal performance of your Fluval 307 filter. The 07 series filters are designed for reduced maintenance time and effort.

• Ажыратуу: Before any maintenance, unplug the filter from the power outlet. Close the AquaStop valve by pushing the lever down to stop water flow and then disconnect the hose assembly from the filter head.
• Opening the Filter: Release the Lift-Lock Motor Head Clamps on the sides of the filter to remove the motor head.
• Media Cleaning and Replacement: The EZ-Lift Media Baskets allow for easy removal of the entire media stack. Clean mechanical media (foams) regularly by rinsing them in old aquarium water to preserve beneficial bacteria. Chemical media (carbon) should be replaced every 2-4 weeks. Biological media (Biomax) should only be rinsed gently if necessary and rarely replaced.
• Impeller Maintenance: Periodically inspect and clean the impeller and impeller housing for any debris or buildup that could affect performance or cause noise.
