These tires are designed for use with 1.9 inch beadlock wheels, eliminating the need for glue and simplifying tire changes. Follow these general steps for installation:
- Disassemble your 1.9 inch beadlock wheel according to the wheel manufacturer's instructions.
- Place the included soft foam insert inside the INJORA 1.9 rubber tire. Ensure the foam is seated correctly within the tire carcass.
- Mount the tire and foam assembly onto the beadlock wheel. Carefully align the tire beads with the inner and outer rings of the beadlock wheel.
- Secure the beadlock rings with the appropriate screws, tightening them evenly in a star pattern to ensure a proper seal and prevent tire slippage.

- Tire Folding Under Load: This can occur during side-hilling or under heavy vehicle weight. Ensure beadlock screws are properly tightened. Upgrading to stiffer foam inserts or silicone inserts can significantly improve sidewall support and prevent folding.
