- Wash the oil tanks, frying baskets, residue plates, and lids with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

- Place the fryer body on a stable, level, and heat-resistant countertop.
- Insert the stainless steel oil tanks into their respective compartments in the fryer body.
- Place the residue plate at the bottom of each oil tank, above the heating elements.
- Attach the control panels/heating elements to the back of the fryer body by sliding them into the designated slots. Ensure they are securely locked in place.
- Attach the handles to the frying baskets.

- Ensure the fryer is unplugged.
- Pour cooking oil into each tank. Fill between the MIN and MAX fill lines indicated on the inside of the tank. Do not exceed the MAX line.

- Plug the fryer into a grounded electrical outlet. The green power indicator light will illuminate.
- Turn the temperature adjustment knob to the desired frying temperature (range: 140℉ - 392℉ / 60℃ - 200℃). The red heating indicator light will turn on.
- Allow the oil to preheat. The red light will turn off once the set temperature is reached, and cycle on/off to maintain the temperature.

- Place food into the frying basket. Do not overload the basket.
- Slowly lower the basket into the hot oil.
- Fry until the food is golden brown and cooked through.
- Carefully lift the basket and hook it onto the side bar of the tank to allow excess oil to drain.
- Remove food from the basket and place it on paper towels to absorb any remaining oil.

This model does not feature an integrated oil drain valve. To drain oil:
- Ensure the fryer is unplugged and the oil has cooled completely.
- Carefully lift the oil tank out of the fryer body using its handles.
- Pour the cooled oil into a suitable container for disposal or reuse.
