The Omega MM900HDS is a cold press slow juicer designed to extract maximum nutrients and flavor from fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, and wheatgrass, with a specialized end cap for celery juicing.

3. Parts and Assembly
Familiarize yourself with the components of your Omega MM900HDS juicer before assembly.

General Juicing Instructions:
- Ensure the juicer is properly assembled with the correct end cap for your produce.

- Place the juice and pulp containers in position.
- Plug in the juicer and turn it on.
- Feed produce slowly into the feed chute. Use the food pusher only when necessary to guide produce. Do not force produce into the chute.
- For continuous juicing, ensure pulp and juice containers do not overfill.
- When finished, turn off the juicer and unplug it from the power outlet.
Celery Juicing Specifics:
The Omega MM900HDS is optimized for celery juicing. For best results:
