The Arlec Head Torch requires 3 x AAA batteries (included). Follow these steps to install or replace batteries:
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the head torch unit.
- Open the battery compartment cover by gently pressing the latch and lifting.
- Insert 3 x AAA alkaline batteries, ensuring the correct polarity (+ and -) as indicated inside the compartment.

The elastic headband is adjustable to fit various head sizes. To adjust:
