This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the safe and effective installation, operation, and maintenance of your Thule Vector Rooftop Cargo Box. Please read all instructions carefully before use to ensure proper functionality and safety.

• Always ensure the cargo box is securely mounted to your vehicle's roof rack system before driving.
• Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 165 lbs (75 kg) for the cargo box or the maximum load capacity of your vehicle's roof. Refer to your vehicle's owner's manual for roof load limits.
• Distribute the load evenly inside the cargo box to maintain vehicle stability. Place heavier items at the bottom and center.
• Regularly check all mounting hardware and straps for tightness, especially during long journeys or after driving on rough terrain.
• Be aware of the increased vehicle height and width when the cargo box is installed. Exercise caution in low-clearance areas such as garages, car washes, and drive-thrus.
• The cargo box is not water resistant. Protect sensitive items from moisture.
• Always ensure the lid is fully closed and locked before driving. The Thule SlideLock system indicates secure closure.

4.1 Placing the Cargo Box

With assistance, carefully lift the Thule Vector cargo box onto your vehicle's roof rack. Position it centrally and ensure it does not interfere with the rear hatch opening.

4.2 Securing the Cargo Box with PowerClick System

The Thule Vector features a tool-free PowerClick quick-mount system for easy and secure attachment. Open the cargo box lid to access the mounting points.

1. Align the four PowerClick mounting units inside the cargo box with your vehicle's crossbars.
2. Turn the knobs on each PowerClick unit clockwise until you hear a distinct "click." This indicates that the unit is securely tightened around the crossbar.
3. Verify that all four units are firmly attached and the cargo box is stable on the roof rack.

5. Операция

The Thule Vector features dual-side opening for convenient access from either side of your vehicle. The exclusive flush-mount closure and reinforced lid provide effortless operation.

• To open: Insert the key into the lock, turn it to the unlock position, and lift the lid. The lid will stay open thanks to the integrated lifters.
• To close: Gently pull the lid down until it engages with the base. The Thule SlideLock system will automatically lock the lid in place and show a red indicator when not fully closed, or a green indicator when securely closed. Turn the key to the lock position and remove it.

5.2 Loading the Cargo Box

The cargo box offers a premium felt-lined interior base for increased protection of your gear. Use the included cargo tie-down straps to secure items and prevent shifting during transit.
