From left to right, the knobs typically control:

5.1 Hydroclean ECO Cleaning System
The Teka HCB 6525 oven features the Hydroclean ECO cleaning system, which uses steam to loosen food residues, making manual cleaning easier. To use:
- Pour a small amount of water (e.g., 200 ml) into the bottom of the oven cavity.
- Select the Hydroclean function (refer to your control panel for the specific symbol).
- Allow the cycle to complete. The steam will soften baked-on grease and food particles.

5.2 Pyrolytic Self-Cleaning System

- Remove all accessories (racks, trays, slides) from the oven before starting a pyrolytic cycle.
