Carefully remove all components from the packaging. The box should contain the ClickShare Base Unit, two ClickShare Buttons, and a power cable.

Connect the ClickShare Base Unit to your meeting room display (monitor, projector, or interactive flat panel) using an HDMI cable. Ensure the display is set to the correct input source.

- Connect the power cable to the power input port on the rear of the Base Unit and plug it into a power outlet.

Once powered on, the ClickShare Base Unit will display instructions on the connected screen. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup, including network configuration and pairing of ClickShare Buttons if necessary.

1. Connecting with ClickShare Button
To share content, plug a ClickShare Button into a USB-A or USB-C port on your laptop. The Button will light up white when ready.

2. Sharing Your Screen
Press the ClickShare Button to instantly share your laptop's screen to the meeting room display. The Button will turn red when sharing is active. Press it again to stop sharing.
3. Using the ClickShare App (BYOD)
For mobile devices or laptops without a USB port, download the ClickShare App from your device's app store. Connect your device to the ClickShare Wi-Fi network (displayed on the meeting room screen) and use the app to share content.
4. Interactivity and Moderation
The CX-30 supports full interactivity, allowing touchback functionality on compatible displays. The moderation feature enables a designated moderator to control who is sharing content, ensuring smooth meeting flow.
