  11. Insert ICs: Carefully insert the Integrated Circuits (ICs) into their respective sockets (IC1, IC2). Ensure the notch on the IC aligns with the notch on the socket and the PCB. Bend the pins slightly inward if necessary to fit into the socket. Apply gentle, even pressure to seat them fully.
