The Razor Griddle is an adjustable outdoor 37-inch griddle designed for various outdoor cooking needs. It features four independent burners for precise heat control, a searing burner for enhanced flavor, dual folding side shelves for convenience, and a front-access grease management system for easy cleaning. Its robust carbon steel construction ensures durability and rust resistance.

Assembly of the Razor Griddle is required before first use. Please follow the instructions provided in the separate assembly guide that came with your product. Ensure all components are present and undamaged before beginning assembly.

4. Place the propane tank on the designated shelf or area, ensuring it is stable and upright.

Prep Shelves

The griddle features dual folding side shelves with a steel towel bar. These shelves can be extended for use as prep surfaces or folded down for compact storage and to act as a protective lid when not in use.

• Grease Management System: The front-access grease management system with a concealed cup simplifies cleaning. Regularly empty and clean the grease cup to prevent overflow and maintain hygiene.
