Follow these guidelines for safe and effective operation of your wood-burning fire pit.

- Maintaining the Fire: Use the poker to adjust logs and ensure proper airflow. Do not overload the fire pit.
- Extinguishing the Fire: Allow the fire to burn down naturally. Do not use water to extinguish the fire, as this can damage the fire pit and create steam hazards. Once the flames have subsided, spread out the embers to cool. Ensure all embers are completely cold before leaving the fire pit unattended or cleaning.
