5.1 Selecting a Beverage

Browse the screen to find and select your desired beverage from the 12 available options. The machine features multiple screens for different drink categories.

5.2 Preparing Milk-Based Beverages (e.g., Latte Macchiato)

1. Remove the water spout and lift the milk carafe lid.
2. Pour cold milk into the carafe, ensuring it is between the MIN and MAX levels. Use whole milk at around 5°C for optimal results. Semi-skimmed, lactose-free, or soy milk can also be used.
3. Close the carafe lid and insert the carafe into the machine, sliding it to the right until it locks onto the drip tray.
4. Place a glass under the milk and coffee spouts and adjust the spouts to fit your glass.
5. Select "Latte Macchiato" from the menu and press the START/STOP button to begin brewing.

5.3 Preparing Coffee-Based Beverages (e.g., Americano)

1. Ensure the water spout is inserted.
2. Place a cup under the coffee dispensing spout and adjust it to your cup.
3. Select "Americano" from the menu and press the START/STOP button. The machine will first dispense espresso, then hot water.

5.4 Preparing Two Espressos

1. Take out the espresso tray and place it at the right height for espresso cups.
2. Place two espresso cups on the tray.
3. Select "Espresso" from the menu and press the 2x cups button (usually located on the top right of the screen) before pressing START/STOP.

• Coffee Length: Adjust the amount of coffee dispensed.
