1. Киришүү

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, installation, and maintenance of your FieryRed ATV/UTV Winch. Please read it thoroughly before use to ensure proper handling and to prevent injury or damage.

1.1 Коопсуздук маалыматы

• Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including gloves and eye protection when operating the winch.
• Never exceed the rated line pull capacity of the winch.
• Ensure all connections are secure and free from corrosion before operation.
• Keep hands and clothing clear of the rope, fairlead, and drum during operation.
• Do not operate the winch if the synthetic rope is frayed, kinked, or damaged.
• Avoid prolonged continuous operation to prevent overheating. Allow the winch to cool down between pulls.
• Always use a tree saver strap or similar anchor point to protect trees and other objects.
• Disconnect power when the winch is not in use or during maintenance.

The FieryRed winch is designed for easy installation. It can be directly mounted onto the front bumper or a dedicated winch bracket of your ATV/UTV.

Secure the winch to your vehicle's mounting plate using the provided screw set. Ensure the mounting surface is strong enough to support the winch's pulling capacity.

3.2 Электр зымдары

Connect the control box to the winch and your vehicle's 12V power source following the user manual for easy wiring. Ensure all electrical connections are tight and insulated to prevent short circuits.

Your FieryRed winch comes with both wired and wireless remote controls for versatile operation.

4.1 Муфтанын иштеши

The clutch knob allows you to engage or disengage the winch drum. Turn the knob to "Freespool" to manually pull out the rope, and to "Engaged" to activate the winching mechanism.

4.2 Wired and Wireless Remote Control

Use the "IN" button to retract the rope and the "OUT" button to release it. For wireless remotes, ensure the power switch is turned on before use. Always turn off the power switch when not in use.
