4-сүрөт: Wide-Range Arm Cuff details. The cuff fits arm circumferences from 8.6 to 16.5 inches (22-42 cm), features a traditional D-ring style, soft fabric, and hook & loop closure for a comfortable fit. It is not made with natural rubber latex.

Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the unit. Insert four (4) AA alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover securely.

Insert the air tube connector from the arm cuff firmly into the air jack on the left side of the monitor unit.

3. Setting Date and Time (if applicable)

Refer to the specific instructions in your manual for setting the date and time, usually involving pressing the 'MEM' button in a specific sequence while the unit is off or in setup mode.

• Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, or exercising for at least 30 minutes before measurement.

3. Wrap the cuff snugly around your arm, securing it with the hook and loop fastener. Ensure it is not too tight or too loose.

1. With the cuff correctly applied and the unit connected, press the START баскычы.
