The Victoper LED Flashlight is a high-lumen tactical torch designed for various outdoor and emergency situations. It features multiple lighting modes, a zoomable focus, and a durable, waterproof construction.

Your Victoper flashlight can operate with either 3 AAA batteries (using the included AAA battery holder) or one 18650 rechargeable battery (using the included 18650 battery tube). Batteries are not included and must be purchased separately.

2. For AAA batteries: Insert 3 AAA batteries into the AAA battery holder, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Insert the holder into the flashlight barrel.
3. For 18650 rechargeable battery: Remove the clear plastic from the 18650 rechargeable battery. Insert the 18650 battery into the clear battery tube. Insert the positive (+) end of the clear battery tube with the 18650 battery holder into the flashlight.
4. Tighten the end cap securely to ensure proper function and water resistance.

To turn the flashlight on, press the green button on the tail cap. Press the button again to cycle through the five lighting modes: High, Medium, Low, Strobe, and SOS. To turn the flashlight off, press and hold the button for a few seconds or cycle through all modes until it turns off.

The flashlight features a telescopic focusing design. To adjust the beam from a wide floodlight to a focused spotlight, gently push or pull the head of the flashlight forward or backward.

If the flashlight cycles through modes unexpectedly, ensure the tail cap button is fully pressed for each mode change. A quick half-press will cycle modes, while a full click will turn the light on/off or advance to the next mode.
