- The bassinet is intended for infants unable to push up on hands and knees, less than 15 lbs (6.8 kg).
- The changing table is intended for infants less than 25 lbs (11.3 kg).
- Discontinue use of the bassinet when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees or has reached 15 lbs (6.8 kg), whichever comes first.
- Discontinue use of the changing table when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees or has reached 25 lbs (11.3 kg), whichever comes first.
- Never use this product if there are any loose or missing fasteners, loose joints, or broken parts. Check before assembly and periodically during use.
- Never place the playard near windows where cords from blinds or drapes could strangle a child.
- Never use a mattress or pillow in the playard.
- Only use the mattress/pad provided by Graco.
- Ensure the playard is fully assembled and locked before placing a child inside.

Follow these steps to assemble your Graco Pack 'n Play Simple Solutions Playard. Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before beginning.

- Remove the playard from its carrying bag.
- Separate the frame from the mattress pad.
- While holding the center of the playard up, pull the two short side rails upward until they are fully extended and locked. You will hear a click.

- Push the center of the playard floor down until it lies flat.

3.2 Attaching the Full-Size Bassinet
The bassinet provides an elevated sleeping surface for infants.

- Locate the changing mat attachment points on the playard rails.
- Securely attach the changing mat to the playard rails according to the instructions. Ensure it is stable and level.
- Always use the safety straps on the changing mat when changing your child.

4.2 Using the Bassinet
The bassinet is suitable for infants who cannot push up on their hands and knees. Always ensure the bassinet is securely attached to the playard rails. Remove the bassinet when your child reaches the weight or developmental limits specified in the safety section.
4.3 Using the Changing Mat
The changing mat is designed for quick and easy diaper changes. Always keep one hand on your child while using the changing mat. Do not use the changing mat if your child exceeds the specified weight limit or can roll over independently.

6.1 Folding the Playard
- Remove the mattress pad, bassinet, and changing mat.
- Pull the strap in the center of the playard floor upwards.
- Locate the release buttons on the center of each side rail. Squeeze the buttons and push the rails downwards to unlock them.
- Gather the four corners of the playard towards the center until it is fully collapsed.
- Wrap the mattress pad around the folded playard and secure it with the attached fasteners.
- Place the folded playard into the provided carrying bag for storage or travel.
The playard features folding feet and wheels, allowing for a more compact folded size and easy movement when unfolded.
