1. Connect the Charging Dock: Use the provided USB-C to USB-C cable to connect the Dual Charging Dock to a power adapter. For optimal performance and simultaneous charging of multiple devices, a power adapter with at least 27W output is required.
2. Place the TPU Deck: Position the TPU deck onto the designated area of the charging dock. This provides a stable surface for the power bank.
3. Insert the Power Bank: Place the Wireless Power Bank into the charging dock. Ensure it is securely seated.

Connect the Dual Charging Dock to a power source using the provided USB-C cable and a compatible power adapter (minimum 27W recommended). Place the Wireless Power Bank into the dock. The LED indicators on the power bank will illuminate to show the charging status.

5.2 Charging Mobile Devices (Wireless)

1. Ensure your mobile device supports wireless charging.
2. Place your mobile device on the wireless charging pad of the power bank or the dock. Align the device centrally for optimal charging.
3. The power bank supports charging with phone cases up to 5mm thick. Magnetic or metal attachments and other foreign objects will interfere with charging.

5.3 Charging AirPods/TWS Earbuds (Wireless)

Place your AirPods or TWS earbud case on the dedicated 5W wireless charging area of the dock. Ensure the case is properly aligned for charging to initiate.

5.4 Charging via USB-A Port

Connect any compatible device using a USB-A cable to the USB-A port on the charging dock.

7.1 Wireless Charger or Phone Becomes Warm During Charging

It is normal for wireless chargers and phones to become slightly warm during wireless charging. This is due to the energy transfer process via magnetic induction. If the device becomes excessively hot, discontinue use and contact support.

7.2 Wireless Charging Turns On and Off

If wireless charging frequently starts and stops, ensure the device is centered correctly on the charging pad. If the device is not positioned optimally or if excessive heat is detected, the charging process may temporarily stop to protect the device. This is a normal safety function. Remove any foreign objects or thick cases that might interfere with charging.

7.3 Slow Wireless Charging

Wireless charging speeds can vary based on the device being charged, its battery level, and environmental factors. Ensure your phone supports fast wireless charging. Verify that no foreign objects are between the phone and the charging pad. For optimal speed, ensure the power bank itself is adequately charged and that you are using a compatible wall adapter (minimum 27W for the dock).

7.4 Power Bank Not Activating Charging

Some power banks require a brief press of the power button to activate charging, especially when initiating a wireless charge or connecting a wired device. Ensure the power button is pressed if charging does not begin automatically.
