5.1. Preparing Food for Dehydration

• Wash and prepare food items according to specific recipes or guidelines (e.g., slicing fruits, blanching vegetables, marinating meats).
• Arrange food in a single layer on the stainless steel trays, ensuring adequate space between pieces for optimal airflow. Do not overlap food.

• LED Progress Bar: Provides a visual indication of the drying cycle's progression.

5.4. Removing Dehydrated Food

Once the drying cycle is complete and food has reached the desired dryness, turn off the dehydrator and unplug it. Allow the food to cool completely before storing it in airtight containers.

• Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may scratch surfaces.
