Place the vibration plate on a firm, flat, and stable surface. Ensure there is enough clear space around the device for safe exercise. Avoid placing it on thick carpets or uneven flooring that could obstruct ventilation or stability.

1. Connect the power cable to the vibration plate and then to a suitable power outlet.
2. Press the power button on the control panel or remote control to turn the device on. The LCD screen will illuminate.

Vibration Levels and Programs

The VITALmaxx Vibration Plate offers 99 individual vibration levels, allowing for precise intensity adjustment. Additionally, 10 predefined programs (P1-P10) are available, each designed with varying vibration patterns and durations for different workout goals.

Using Expansion Bands and Vibration Zones

Attach the expansion bands to the designated points on the plate for upper body and arm exercises. The plate features 3 distinct vibration zones (Walking, Jogging, Running) indicated on the surface. Standing in different zones allows for varying vibration intensity and muscle engagement:

• Walking Zone (Center): Lowest intensity, suitable for warm-up or gentle exercise.
• Jogging Zone (Middle): Medium intensity, for moderate workouts.
• Running Zone (Outer): Highest intensity, for advanced and intense training.
