The HSRID01 has a built-in battery. Before first use, fully charge the device.
- Connect a commercially available Type-C USB cable (not included) to the charging port on the device.

Mounting the Remote ID Transmitter:
The HSRID01 is designed for external mounting on drones. Use the provided Velcro strap for secure attachment.
- Attach one side of the Velcro to the Remote ID transmitter.
- Attach the other side of the Velcro to a suitable flat surface on your drone.
- Securely fix the Remote ID transmitter to the drone using the Velcro.
Recommended Mounting Location:
To ensure optimal GPS signal reception and avoid interference, choose a mounting location that:
- Is away from propellers to prevent interference.
- Does not cover or obstruct electronic components.
- Allows the power button and LED indicators to be visible and accessible.

Remote ID Registration Process (DIPS):
This device requires registration with the DIPS (Drone Information Platform System) in Japan. Follow these steps for registration and data writing:

- Power on the Remote ID: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The power indicator will flash slowly. After a few seconds, it will enter data writing mode, and the status indicator will change to a green flashing light.
- Log in to DIPS: Access the drone registration system (DIPS) and log in. From the home screen, select the "Remote ID Writing" button.
- Select Aircraft: From the aircraft list, select the "Owned Aircraft Details" button for the drone you wish to write data to.
- Initiate Writing: Select the "Remote ID Write" button to begin the data writing process.
- Complete Writing: After the writing is complete, press and hold the power button to turn off the Remote ID.

Important Note for DIPS Registration:
When registering with DIPS, please select "Xiamen Huoshiquan Import & Export CO., LTD" as the "Remote ID Device Manufacturer Name."

- Charging with USB-C to USB-C cable not working: Some USB-C to USB-C cables with Power Delivery (PD) functionality may not be compatible. Use a USB-A to USB-C cable for charging if you encounter issues.
