This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your KEMIMOTO Soft Rear Windshield. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and use to ensure proper function and longevity of the product.

This KEMIMOTO Soft Rear Windshield (Model B0110-14302BK) is compatible with the following Can-Am Defender UTV models:

• Can-Am Defender HD 5, 7, 8, 9, 10 (2016-2024)
• Can-Am Defender DPS, XT, XMR, Max (2016-2024)
• Can-Am Defender Limited/Pro HD 10 (2020-2024)
• Can-Am Defender Max Limited/Pro HD 10 (2020-2024)
• Can-Am Defender Max HD 7, 8, 9, 10 models

The windshield is designed to provide protection from dust, water, and wind, enhancing your UTV driving experience.

Always ensure the windshield is securely installed before operating your UTV. Regularly inspect the straps and attachment points for wear or damage. Do not operate the UTV if the windshield is loose or improperly secured. Maintain a clear view through the transparent film at all times. Clean the windshield regularly to prevent visibility obstruction.

No drilling or special tools are required for installation. Follow these steps for a secure fit:

1. UTV даярдаңыз: Ensure the rear area of your Can-Am Defender is clean and free of debris where the windshield will be installed.
2. Алдын ала айнекти жайгаштырыңыз: Carefully place the soft rear windshield against the rear frame of your UTV. Ensure the transparent PVC section aligns with the rear opening for optimal visibility.
3. Attach Hook-and-Loop Straps: Secure the windshield to the UTV's roll cage or frame using the integrated hook-and-loop straps. Wrap the straps firmly around the frame and press them together to secure. Ensure all straps are tight to prevent flapping during operation.
4. Apply Self-Adhesive Tapes: Utilize the provided self-adhesive tapes to further secure the bottom edge of the windshield to the metal frame of the UTV bed. This helps create a dustproof and waterproof seal. Press firmly along the entire length of the tape for maximum adhesion.

5. Операция

The KEMIMOTO Soft Rear Windshield is designed for fixed use to provide continuous protection. To adjust for airflow or access the rear, the transparent PVC section can be rolled up and secured. Unfasten the lower straps and roll the PVC section upwards, then secure it using the upper straps or ties provided on the windshield itself. This allows for increased ventilation when desired.

Proper care will extend the life of your soft rear windshield:

• Тазалоо: Use a soft cloth and mild soap with water to clean the PVC transparent film and composite fabric. Avoid abrasive cleaners or brushes that could scratch the surface. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to air dry.

• Windshield Flapping: Ensure all hook-and-loop straps are tightly secured around the UTV frame. Re-adjust if necessary. Check that the self-adhesive tapes are firmly attached along the bottom edge.
