5. Attach the bean hopper to the top of the grinder by aligning the arrows and twisting until it locks.
6. Place the hopper lid with bellows onto the bean hopper.

Before first use, it is recommended to run a small amount of old coffee beans through the grinder to season the burrs and remove any manufacturing residue. Discard these initial grounds.

Rotate the grind adjustment dial located on the top of the grinder to select your desired setting. Finer settings are for espresso, while coarser settings are for French press or pour-over.

3. Set the desired grinding time using the timer knob (5-60 seconds).

5. The grinder will automatically stop after the set time. If you need to stop it sooner, press the Start/Cancel button again.

6.4 Using the Vacuum Dosing Cup

The included vacuum-sealed dosing cup helps maintain the freshness of your ground coffee. After grinding into the cup, press down on the lid to create a vacuum seal. This is ideal for storing grounds or for outdoor brewing.

6.5 Anti-Static Technology and Low Retention

The grinder incorporates anti-static technology to prevent coffee grounds from clumping and spraying. The magnetic spout design contributes to ultra-low retention (0.1-0.2g), ensuring you get almost all the coffee you put in. For near-zero retention, use the included knock tool and the bellows on the hopper lid after grinding.
