3.1. Connecting a 2.5-inch IDE Hard Drive

3.2. Connecting a 3.5-inch IDE Hard Drive or 5.25-inch Optical Drive

1. Ensure the 3.5-inch IDE hard drive or 5.25-inch optical drive is properly configured (e.g., jumper settings for Master/Slave/Cable Select, if applicable).
2. Connect the 3.5-inch IDE hard drive or 5.25-inch optical drive to the IDE interface on the MAIWO adapter.
3. Connect the 4-PIN to 4-PIN Power Cable from the power converter box to the power input of the 3.5-inch IDE drive or 5.25-inch optical drive.
4. Connect the power adapter to the power converter box, then plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
5. Connect the USB 3.0 cable from the adapter to an available USB 3.0 port on your computer.

3.3. Connecting a 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch SATA Hard Drive/SSD

1. Connect the 7-PIN SATA Data Cable from the MAIWO adapter to the SATA data port on your 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch SATA HDD/SSD.
2. Connect the 15-PIN to 4-PIN Power Cable from the power converter box to the SATA power port on your SATA HDD/SSD.
3. Connect the power adapter to the power converter box, then plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
4. Connect the USB 3.0 cable from the adapter to an available USB 3.0 port on your computer.
