This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Anycubic ACE Pro Multi Color 3D Printer Filament Dryer Box. The ACE Pro is designed to enhance your 3D printing experience by enabling multi-color printing, ensuring optimal filament conditions, and providing intelligent filament management features. This device is specifically compatible with the Anycubic Kobra 3 Max series 3D printers.

The Anycubic ACE Pro integrates several advanced features to optimize your 3D printing workflow.
3.1 Multi-Color Printing Capability
The ACE Pro enables multi-color printing. A single ACE Pro unit supports 4-color printing. For 8-color printing, two ACE Pro units can be connected along with an 8-Color Filament Hub (available June 2025).

3.2 Filament Drying System
Equipped with a dual PTC heating system (up to 200W), the ACE Pro efficiently circulates air and maintains a consistent temperature of up to 131°F (55°C). This ensures filaments remain dry, preventing common printing issues caused by moisture.

3.3 Nozzle Clog Detection
The built-in buffer system detects nozzle clogs, pausing the print and alerting the user. This feature helps protect your 3D printer and prevents print failures.

3.4 Filament Auto Backup
The ACE Pro automatically transitions to the next spool of the same color and material when one spool runs out. This ensures uninterrupted printing and maximizes filament usage.

3.5 Intelligent Identification Sync
When used with Anycubic's intelligent identification filaments, the ACE Pro can automatically recognize filament types and colors, streamlining the printing process.

3.6 Optimal Storage Design
The sealed design of the ACE Pro maintains a dry environment for your filaments, protecting them from humidity and ensuring they remain in optimal condition for printing.

- Carefully remove the ACE Pro unit from its packaging.
- Inspect the unit for any signs of damage. If damaged, contact customer support.
- Ensure all components are present (ACE Pro unit, power adapter, connection cables).
4.2 Connecting to Kobra 3 Max
- Place the ACE Pro unit near your Anycubic Kobra 3 Max 3D printer.
- Connect the provided data cable from the ACE Pro to the designated port on your Kobra 3 Max printer.
- Connect the power adapter to the ACE Pro and plug it into a power outlet.
- Power on both the ACE Pro and the 3D printer.

- Place up to four filament spools onto the designated holders inside the unit.

5. Операция
5.1 Initiating Multi-Color Prints
Once connected to your Kobra 3 Max, the ACE Pro will be recognized. Prepare your multi-color 3D model in your slicing software, assigning different colors to different parts or layers. The ACE Pro will manage filament switching automatically during the print.
5.2 Using the Filament Drying Function
The ACE Pro offers preset humidity parameters for various filament types. Select the desired filament type on the ACE Pro's interface or through the connected 3D printer's controls. The unit will then activate its heating system to dry the filament to optimal conditions.

5.3 Filament Management (Backup & Identification)
The ACE Pro continuously monitors filament levels. When a spool is nearing depletion, the auto-backup feature will seamlessly switch to another loaded spool of the same material and color, if available. For Anycubic's intelligent identification filaments, the system automatically detects and displays filament information, ensuring correct usage.
