• If using Bluetooth, ensure your device is properly paired and the volume is up on both the device and the swing.

Swing Movement is Irregular

• Ensure the swing is placed on a completely flat and stable surface.
• Verify the baby's weight does not exceed the maximum limit (20 lbs).
