4.1. Earbuds Won't Charge

• Ensure the charging capsule has sufficient power. The LED lights on the front indicate charge level.

• Place earbuds firmly into the case. A blinking white light on the front of the case indicates charging.

4.2. Charging Capsule Won't Charge

• Use the provided USB-C cable.
• Ensure the cable is firmly connected to both the charging capsule and the power adapter.

4.3. Resetting Your Earbuds (Soft Reset)

• On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and "Forget" or "Remove" "Raycon Open Earbuds" from the list.
• Place both earbuds back into their charging capsule.

4.4. Hard Reset

• Place both earbuds into the charging capsule.
• Close the lid and wait for 5 to 10 seconds. This action performs a hard reset.
