Before first use, wash all removable parts in warm, soapy water or in the dishwasher. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface. The suction cup feet will help secure it.
- Place the 10-cup bowl onto the motor base, aligning the handle with the front of the base. Twist clockwise until it locks into place.
- Insert the desired attachment:
- For chopping, mincing, or pureeing: Carefully place the chopping blade onto the center post of the bowl.
- For slicing or shredding: Place the reversible disc onto the center post, ensuring the desired side (SLICE or SHRED) is facing up.
- Place the lid onto the bowl, aligning the lid's handle with the bowl's handle. Twist clockwise until it locks securely. The appliance will not operate unless the lid is properly locked.

- Use the 'P' (Pulse) setting for controlled chopping or mincing. For pureeing, use '1' or '2' until desired consistency is reached.
