It is recommended to run a burn-off cycle before cooking food for the first time to eliminate any manufacturing odors.
- Insert the empty air fry basket and circulation riser into the unit.
- Turn on the air fryer and set it to Air Fry at 400°F (204°C) for 10 minutes.
- Allow the unit to cool completely after the cycle.

Power On/Off and Basic Operation
To turn the air fryer on, press the Күч button. The display will illuminate. To turn it off, press the Күч button again. The display will turn off, except for the power button icon.
The default cooking temperature is 350°F and the default time is 15 minutes. To begin cooking, press the Баштоо/Пауза button (play/pause symbol). The colon on the time display will flash during cooking.

You can adjust the temperature from 50°F to 400°F in 5°F increments, and the time up to 99 hours and 59 minutes. Use the up/down arrows next to the temperature and time displays to make adjustments. These adjustments can be made before or during the cooking cycle.

The Nuwave Brio Plus offers 7 versatile cooking functions:

The Brio Plus comes with 100 preprogrammed recipes and 50 DIY slots for custom recipes. All 100 presets are listed in the Quick Start Guide and Recipe Book.
- To access presets, press the Алдын ала коюлган button. The display will show the preset number and name.
- Use the up/down arrows on the left to scroll through the presets.

- Ватtage Control: The Brio Plus has three wattage settings (700W, 1500W, 1800W) for convenience in various power environments. Press the Уоттс button to cycle through settings. To lock a wattage setting, press and hold the Уоттс button until you hear a beep. Repeat to unlock.
- Notification Bell (Shake Reminder): For some recipes, the bell icon will flash, and "FLIP", "TURN", or "SHAKE" will appear on the display to remind you to turn or shake your food for even cooking.
