5. Before first use, it is recommended to run the appliance for approximately 10-15 minutes at 180°C without any food inside to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor may be present, which is normal.

2. Insert the rotisserie shaft into the designated slots inside the oven.
3. Select the Rotisserie preset or manually set temperature and time.
4. Press the Rotisserie icon on the control panel to activate the rotation.
5. Monitor cooking through the glass window. Use the removal tool to safely extract the hot rotisserie.

Rotisserie Function: Enjoy evenly cooked, mouth-watering roasts.

Dehydration Function:

Use this function to dehydrate fruits, vegetables, herbs, or spices for healthy snacks.

1. Arrange thinly sliced food items on the mesh trays.
2. Place the mesh trays inside the oven.
3. Select the Dehydration preset. The appliance will operate at a low temperature for an extended period.
4. Check food periodically until desired dryness is achieved.
