Your KastKing Brutus Spin Cast Combo is designed for quick setup. The reel comes pre-spooled with 10 lb monofilament line, eliminating the need for initial line winding.

1. Assemble the Rod: If your rod is a multi-piece design, carefully connect the sections. Ensure they are fully seated and aligned to prevent damage during casting.

Casting with the Spin Cast Reel

1. Hold the Rod: Grip the rod handle firmly with your dominant hand, placing your thumb on the push-button release of the spin cast reel.
2. Prepare for Cast: Press and hold the push-button release. This disengages the line, allowing it to flow freely during the cast.
